Covering more than 900 m², this industrial space is very close to the Conero Natural Park and has been redesigned using a modular wooden structure that manages to recreate a customised dedicated setting for each brand.

Our aim is to develop a primordial approach to fashion made up primarily of research, curiosity and freedom of expression; an approach we want our showroom to convey and which we hope is a source of inspiration for our clients.
The Old Town project was set up in 2010, in response to the need of Matteo Marucci and Massimo Baccifava, after more than 10 years’ experience in the sector, to merge their vision of fashion inside a space that was welcoming, extremely contemporary, and definitely cool.
